Update- Adopted Is your holiday collection missing year 2012?  

This appears to be a diaper holder that has been used as a wall decor piece.  Some glue residue on back where it may have been glued to a wall. Cool vintage decor item for a baby room.   

  This little fellow is so adorable, we just can't let him go. He belonged to my oldest child who is now 22.
