Vintage DanDee Snowflake Teddy Bear 1989?

We believe this bear to be from 1989 snowflake collection.  He has the snowflake on the nose, but no date on the foot.  He's still a cutie.

Are you a fan of the DanDan Snowflake Christmas Teddy Bears?  Are you missing a year in your collection?

Walmart starting selling these around the late 80's.  The date has not always been on the foot. Over the years, they have decrease in size.  They use to be really big and fluffy, now they are a little smaller but their cuteness remains the same.
